I will not be surprised if a couple of those Texas A&M players make the Houston squad. And if I were Houston I would be trying to attract Charlyn Corral from Mexico who was undrafted a year or two ago.
I think Corral is playing in Norway.
I hope you don’t mind, but Amber Stobbs contacted me and asked that she be removed from the list as soon as possible as she hasn’t committed to Washington and doesn’t want other coaches to think that she has. So I went ahead and deleted her.
LaSalle website reports Haycook to Portland for preseason camp
Chris, your followers would love an update now that the teams have named their preseason rosters. Thanks.
Morgan Glick – GK – Stephen F Austin, going to Iceland with Megan Dunnigan.
I may be the only one, but with the stellar run Kylie McCarthy had at the end of last season, I was shocked she didn’t declare for the draft. Now that undeclared players are making preseason rosters, does anyone know what she’s up to? I was hoping she might’ve ended up with WNY who could use some forwards, but didn’t see her listed there.
You weren’t the only one. She was one of the most surprising names not to declare, and she could probably help out a team as at least an amateur fill-in.
The Washington Spirit, in my opinion, could still use more offensive power. Any chance she could help out?
They already have too many gambles up front. The Spirit need some proven firepower, be it through a domestic player or international signing.
Yes, I agree with you. If Kylie McCarthy is not a “proven” striker, then I agree she would not probably be that helpful. It just seems to me that the Spirit need some better strikers.
